Shipping Policy (International)

Thank you for your interest in Haathcraft handcrafted treasures! We ship internationally to bring a touch of India to your doorstep.

  1. Shipping Costs & Timeframes
  • International shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination. You’ll see the estimated cost during checkout.
  • Processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Once shipped, delivery timeframes are:
    • International: 7-15 business days (depending on location)

Please note: These are estimates and may vary based on the carrier and your location.

2. Customs Duties & Taxes
  • International shipments may be subject to duties and taxes levied by your country’s customs office. These fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
3. Tracking Your Order
  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Track your delivery on the carrier’s website.
4. Important Information
  • We ship to one address per order. For multiple addresses, please place separate orders.
  • Shipping times may vary due to the unique handcrafting process. Individual product pages may display specific timeframes.
  • Occasional delays beyond our control can occur (e.g., strikes, bad weather). We’ll notify you via email if this affects your order.
  • Since we partner with artisans across India, shipping times may differ for some products. We strive for prompt delivery regardless.
5. Our carrier partners deliver Monday-Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm IST.

Please note:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in your country.
  • Incorrect or insufficient shipping addresses may result in order cancellation and return of the item to the seller. You will be refunded for the product cost, minus any incurred shipping and handling fees.
  • Order changes or cancellations are accepted before shipment. Once shipped, unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders. In this case, you may be charged for shipping and handling fees.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, as per our return and refund policy.
6. Shipping Delays:

While we provide estimated shipping times, unavoidable circumstances like festivals or holidays may cause delays. No refunds or returns will be offered during such times.
